I'm Feelin' Matcha Better!

32 oz. Shake Bottle by Rubbermaid. Great for health drinks! My organic matcha! Love, love, love it!

How this health drink is helping me lose weight and feel fantastic!

I am turning 50 years old and have  struggled with hypo-thyroidism  for about 25 yrs. Many days my energy is low and my mental clarity leaves much to be desired. I often  feel lethargic and the thyroid being underactive makes it hard to maintain or lose weight. I decided recently that I was going to try to do something about it. If you've read  my story of discovering Kombucha you know that it has helped me greatly with other health issues and I drink it often and enjoy the wonderful effervescent quality. Not too long ago I discovered something called Matcha. I've never heard of it but found it is healthy, so always wanting to try new, healthy things, I looked up the benefits and ordered some Matcha. I also decided to try Aloe Vera Juice. Well, as I research Aloe Vera and Matcha, I then started making my own  health drink which I drink every morning in a 32 oz. shake bottle. I am finding that this combination keeps everything moving    smoothly and am pleased to say that I am losing a few pounds as well as reducing my calorie intake. Here is the "recipe" if you would like to try it. (This may cause you to have loose bowels but it does not cause cramping and helps to detox your colon)

I purchased  the Organic Japanese Matcha shown in the picture above. I've been using it for one month so far, and I am very pleased with the product as well as the benefits that I'm experiencing.  I'm so glad I discovered Matcha and will continue to use it indefinately, in fact, I signed up for a subscription and will automatically receive my 4oz. pouch of Matcha every two months.  I started making my own Morning Matcha Drink you see on the right and I have more energy and have great BMs and have a general feeling of wellness. No jitters and I don't have anything bad to say about it! I tell  everyone I know how great I feel and recommend it to everyone!

Morning Matcha Drink Recipe

You will need a shakable 32 oz. plastic drink bottle or you can use an empty Gatorade bottle such as the one pictured.

Fill the bottle with half Aloe Vera Juice and half filtered water. Add 1 Tbsp. Matcha powder and 1 or 2 tbsp. of Metamucil (Sugar Free) Psyllium Powder. Shake vigorously and enjoy within fifteen minutes.

(Metamucil will thicken up quite fast).

If the taste is not for you (which is not too bad), you can add a squirt of Mio water flavoring to make it taste pretty good!

Once you try Matcha and you feel "Matcha" better, get your shirt!
